Mr. Tuyen has over 25 years of experience in advising on M&A, capital raising exercises, and private equity corporate.
Before establishing RIM Invest, he held key positions such as CFO, CEO, and Vice CEO across diverse companies such as Coca-Cola, Green Feed Vietnam, Hung Viet Capital, VTA Mobile & Laptop Retail, Saigon Mekong Invest, Hoang Anh Gia Lai, Trung Nguyen Group, Dat Xanh Group, DonaCoop, etc.
Mr. Tuyen is currently Executive President, Co-founder and M&A advisor at RIM Invest JSC, providing advisory services to clients such as corporate structuring, investment banking, asset management, real estate advisory, and education & coaching. In addition, he was appointed as member of the board and member of the audit committee for both Rang Dong Holding JSC and Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation.
He also serves as a chairman of the credit rating committee for Vietjet Aviation JSC, Thanh Thanh Cong Investment JSC, etc. in Saigon Ratings, a strategic partner with Fitch Learning and Asian Development Bank (ADB). Mr. Tuyen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, MBA, and DBA. He is also a teacher at University of Economics & Finance (UEF), Vietnam, as well as vice president of Business Development Institution (BDI).

Standing Vice Group CEO of TLM Real Estate, and Vice CEO of Central Group (Nguyen Kim Retail). He is recognized for his ability to architect growth strategies, structure scalable business models, and drive disciplined execution across complex organizations. Holding an MBA from Maastricht School of Management (Netherlands), Mr. Hai contributes a rigorous, investor-oriented strategic perspective, strengthening RIM Invest’s advisory depth and long-term value creation for clients

He has extensive experience in solving international legal issues, foreign investment, project funding and M&A activities. Licensed as a U.S. real estate broker, Ruby offers a unique blend of financial acumen and investment expertise. Her professional journey spans Vietnam, the United States, Japan, and Taiwan, including key roles at Vinpearl, Vien Thong A, Wind Point Partners, Tropicale, and Glidewell Dental, as well as private equity and trading advisory firms.

Mr. Ricky’s highly skilled at networking and building business connections with both organziations and individuals, especially in real estate industry, M&A transactions. His wide-ranging network is enlarged through his time at numerous local and multinational firms such as OSHO Group, Sonder Living Vietnam, KASCH Vietnam, AURORA Management, Kusto Group, Phat Dat Real Estate, Philips,… He’s co-founder and CEO of ADAMAS – a real estate focused company.
Along with his networking, Mr. Ricky’s also an expert in developing, dealing, negotiating, fund/capital raising, bringing top properties and real estate investment opportunities on a global scale, consulting/advising and recommending beneficial investment opportunities for Vietnamese investors
