Vinh Nguyen (Mr.)

Mr. Vinh has over 18 years of experience in corporate finance.
Prior to RIM Invest JSC, he held key positions such as CFO, and CEO in companies such as Coca-Cola, Trung Nguyen Group, VTA mobile & laptop retail, Green Feed Vietnam, etc.
Mr. Vinh is currently a corporate finance advisor at RIM Investment JSC in Corporate Structuring, investment banking, asset management, and real estate advisory. In addition, he was appointed as member of the board and member of the audit committee for both Rang Dong Holding JSC and Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation.

She has over 09 years of professional experience in Technology, Securities, Fund Management, Power, Agriculture where experienced on strategic consulting, Market developing, and M&A. Additional, she has 05 years worked in ERP, Data management and programmers. She has participated in analysis and programming at DIVENTO (France), CISAC, CIDJ Research and Documentation Center (France), manages and implements the online stock trading system, ERP Oracle at SSI Company. Before joining RIM Invest, Ms. My participated as a consultant of M & A services such as Phu Night Market - Long Beach Group, SAB Market Advice Advice - French Software Company, Joint Venture IMP - ITD Thailand, AVG - Singtel, Dong Pao Rare Earth Joint Venture, as a market developer of Capitaland, Haseko, Petrolimexland, with the role of implementing management projects: Biwater, AIDC, Stone Apple

Sam C.C Lau (Mr.)

Mr. Sam C.C.Lau was born in Hong Kong, currently a Canadian Citizen and have worked in CBC Canada , BELL Canada, and Ontario Hydro Electric Company as Engineering Specialist. Having graduated in Westminster University ( London, UK ) bearing M.Phil, B.sc in Engineering. (IEE & IMECE UK ). While in Vietnam and Cambodia, have developed large Scale Residential/Commercial projects for Major Players. Most recently, representing Hong Kong/China Based Real Estate/Infrastructure Corporation seeking Business Partners in South East Asia.

Tu Duong (Mr.)

Strategic Business Development, Principal

With over 20 years of experience, he is adept and outstanding in business development across private and public sectors. Fundamentally, his understanding of Asian and European business cultures aids in navigating diverse markets and establishing successful partnerships. Furthermore, he excels in creating consortia and executing growth strategies, with a systematic approach for identifying risks and problem-solving. His expertise ranges from raising capital to advising offshore Buy sides such as investors, strategic partners, and financial institutions in cross-border M&A activities.

Phuong Le (Ms.)

He is a hospitality leader and F&B entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in operations, hotel pre-openings, and business development across both local and international markets. He currently lectures in International Tourism & Hospitality Management at VNUK and serves as an Investment Specialist at RIM Invest JSC.
